I found this news article from Infosync kind of interesting. I guess the Sony smartphone users are just now learning what us Clie users have known for a while now. The software installed is what you get. Don't except updates and don't expect your device to be the latest and greatest forever.
It seems that the software installed on the new P900 phone has some improvements that P800 users are wanting to have on their devices and they expect that Sony should still support the device since it's only ten months old. So, they have started a petition. I do understand where they are coming from, and hopefully they succeed with this. I am not expecting any miracles, but maybe us Clie users will see more updates if Sony actually listens to the demands of their customers.
