*.MQV files not found?

Dear All,

I moved a *.mqv file to my clie using MSImport.
First to the Cf2card --> Videoplayer didn'T recognise it.
Then, I tried I imported the file to the Memory Stick (same folder as Video Recorder uses), and then to MS\AUSDIO (I set up that folder). Anyway: the video player does not find the files...

What can i do?

Try the following folder on either MS or CF:

\MQ_ROOT\100MQV01\

The file needs to be named similar to MOV00001.MQV

ok, taht was a bit too early...

i made a similar file structure on my cf card \MQ_ROOT\100MQV01\ and tried to copy 1 file into that directory. Clie files told me it can't overwrite into same dircetory. So I renamed the directory t \100MQV02\ now the vidplayer can't find it.... grrr....

help, anyone?

If you can rename the folder, why don't you rename it back?

And when using CF for CLIE's multi-media applications, you need specific drivers and/ or programs (patched of NX or ripped from UX). Pls go to CF forum, read and search old posts, then you should know what to do...

surprise: renamed and stiull doesn'T work.

from my point of view i have a problem regarding the video software - not cf drivers - they are all installed...

You don't need multiple folders. Only use \MQ_ROOT\100MQV01\ and put all the movie files in there. They need to be named in the same format as I mentioned, but obviously not all the same name.

now it works. on the cf, i just had to make a copy of the file structure of my ms...

@ jackho: i told you - no driver issue :-)
