Format of .MAI files?

Does anyone know the format of the .MAI files that provide the thumbnails for videos in the Clie Movie Player on the UX50?

I am feeling obsessive and if there's an easy way to create one from a Clie video (.MQV) that is missing its .MAI, I'd like to fiddle with it.

I answered my own question by RTFM. (How embarrassing. I normally read manuals.)

If you are not viewing the movie full-screen on the UX50, you have access to the Menu key on the screen. Choose Menu, Thumbnail, Update, with the movie advanced and stopped at the frame that you want to show up in the file listing screen.

To change the _name_ of the video, in the file listing screen of Movie Player, click the icon to the _left_ of the thumbnail, and there is a place to edit the title. This will not re-name the file, unfortnately, but you can identify it easily in the file list screen.
