View Full Version : Bad refresh on NX60 screen?

I've had my NX60 for about a week, and I've noticed something on the screen. Especially at higher brightness levels, the darker parts of the screen like the graffiti area or the bottom toolbar seem to have this effect where a bunch of horizontal lines appear in these areas. The top edge of the bottom toolbar also seems to flicker like when your computer monitor is set at too low of a refresh rate. The areas of the screen that are white don't seem to exhibit this behavior.
Is this normal for the NX screens? I wanted to get some opinions before going through the hassle of exchanging this for another one.
Thanks for any help.

No it's not normal and some have had that problem with the NX60's. The only solution was to excahnge it. Some stores even had a bad run of them.

An update: Based on n2ifp's post, I had the reseller order up a replacement unit. The second NX60's screen does not have the same problem and looks great so far! Hopefully there's no other problems with the new one...
