Here's a little tip to quickly import MP3s to your CLIE (you could use the same process for other files):

Fire up MS import on your CLIE, and wait for Windows to map your memory stick as a drive.

From there, go to your MS MP3 folder (/Palm/Programs/MSAUDIO), right-click on it and create a shortcut.

Take this shortcut (Edit menu > Cut) and move it (Edit menu > paste) into your "Send To" folder ("C:/Documents and Settings/username/Send To" for Windows 2000/XP, "C:/Windows/Send To" or something similar for Windows 9x).

Now you can right-click on MP3s and use the "Send To" option to quickly copy MP3s to your CLIE (when MS Import is active on the handheld).

That is a great tip. I have done the same thing, but I made a folder in my Send To menu called Clie and added shortcuts to MMFlash folder (for Flash files on the NX), MP3 folder, movies, images. Then a made a shortcut to the Clie folder and placed it inside the Clie folder. It's called 'Send To Here' so now if I ever want to add more items to the Send To menu, I can click Send To Here and it will be added to the menu. Kinda strange, but I like to prepare for future laziness.

You can also place the shortcut on your desktop and drag and drop files to it.
