MQV videos on CF?

Ive been reading all the threads, and everyone talks about encoding to mpeg format, can I still play .mqv files that Ive downloaded off of irc? I don't want to have to convert them all again.

alright, first of all I apologized to knightowl. end of that. Second of all, I have only asked for the Matrix Reloaded on here. I own the DVD, I bought it the day it came out. The problem Is that my computer is a network computer bought at auction, and somehow the default install directory is like teh H:\ drive, THEREfor whenever I try to install stuff like MSN messenger or anything requiring microsoft installer, which is what the video converter uses, it has an internal error. Therefor i cannot convert my own videos. is it wrong to download a video I own, because i can't convert it myself?
