Problems posting with Firebird

I don't seem to be able to post to cliesource with Firebird .7    Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?  Quickreply works but regular replies don't and I am unable to type anything if I try to start a thread.

I had a similiar sounding problem with a .6 build of Firebird, I cannot remember which one. In moving to a later build, I erased my profile and created a new one with most of the extensions and the theme I had before. The problem did go away, though, which led me to believe somehow a extension was conflicting with vBulletin, maybe one of the tab browsing extensions??? (Probably not much help).

I am using the .7 release on an XP machine to post this message.

Try using a fresh install/new profile. I've had no problems with .7 with Cliesource. What extensions do you have?

I haven't had any problems with firebird either. I just installed the latetst version a few days ago.

Thanks for the input. I did not delete my old profile when I installed .7 because I did not see any specific notes that stressed that was still important. I'll post my results.

I have no issues with that build ... I don'd do anything special with the new builds but install to a new directory. I am interested in your solution but I do not have that problem. :confused:
