screen covers change over help

Hello,
i'm using a screen protector from covertec, i'm pretty happy with it, however after some time it's scratched already and i would like to change it, but it's firmly sticked to my NR's screen i'm afraid of forcing or damaging my screen while removing does anybody know how to remove them without harming my NR's screen?

Can you tell me how you applied it? I couldn't use my stylus anymore after I had applied a Covertec screen protector.
By the way, I just peeled it off, no problem (even though it was quite sticky...)

Actually i simply put it starting to align it on the bottom (black insert at the base of the screen) and the slowly with a smooth cloth i rubbed it against the screen to remove bubbles. Till it was completely sticked. I did not have any problem at all the only thing is that after using it it's pretty scratched and i have to change it.
