I am at a total loss about this:
I have a very basic ATI TV Tuner installed on my PC, but it does a decent job of capturing. I recently tried to use the Clie Image Converter on about a minute of a mpeg 1 TV capture. The video turned out great, but no matter what I did, the audio came out with a very high pitched noise in the background. It even happened after I made the audio into a wav file and joined that up with the video using TMPGE and then put that through the image converter. I have since tested other mpegs from other sources and I don't have the same audio problem, but no matter what video or audio settings I use to record TV, the video always comes out great after converting for the CLIE, but the audio always sucks. The whole thing is a mystery to me.
