MS Pro readable on old Sony notebook?

Can an old Sony notebook read or write a Memory stick Pro normally?
I am using my Vaio SR19G/T and thinking to buy a memory stick pro for my clie. But wonder my notebook can use MS Pro or not.

No. Only 2002 4th quater's models can support MS Pro by update program.
