I figured out that to play audio files from CF I must have MS in slot as well as CF card. Is this correct?

Has anyone had a problem with the camera function with the CF?

If i have CF magic set to Hide MS it recognizes the CF and takes pictures but it does a soft reset automatically after I exit the camera program. If I have it set to CF preferred it does not recognize the CF and it crashes after I take a pic and does not save the pic.

That is also the correct behavior. The camera application will not recognize the CF unless you choose "Hide MS". A soft reset is required to re-enable your MS slot after using the "Hide MS" function. Using "CF Preferred" probably will cause a crash since the app was not written to access the CF slot directly.

I bought the new CFMagic driver last night and it is pretty much unusable for me. I had the Eruware driver and thought what the heck for $16 lets see what this thing can do. What it is doing for me is either hanging trying to use AudioPlayer or not recognizing the CF card. I am thinking of asking for my money back. I removed the drive this morning and reinstalled the Eruware files.

are you trying to run it with other drivers still installed? out of curiousity, I thought it was a driver itself and you can't run it with the "hacked" or eruware drivers? is that correct?

I followed the installation instructions and removed the eruware driver. Also how does one contact Aysin. His site is not finished and all I can see is links to a support forum. I would like my money back.

rclodfelter, I think you would ask him on the site and he would contact you if he hasn't already. The PDAscent sites are up. So maybe there is something wrong with your system? There have been some problems with some of the other programs (ie Jackflash, Zlauncher) with some of the cf programs out there and it seems like a lot of people are just having general problems with the NZ90 like battery drainage etc. Anyway, hope that helps.

I went to the site and all I saw was the form. I wanted to contact him directly. I found the documentation a bit sparse. I will go back and post, maybe he will answer.
