I have managed to crash my TJ25 already (trying to "downgrade" to Graffiti 1), and i'm stuck in an endless cycle where a soft reset just gives me the initial flash screen followed by a blank, nonfunctional reset button. This happens over & over. I'd love to try a "warm" reset before losing all my data with a "hard" one, but i can't figure out how with the center jog-dial. Of course, Sony Support was no help. Any ideas?

Eh I managed to crash my T25 already as well (trying to load an overclocking prc) and i found myself stuck in that same endless cycle... well I did the hard reset right away, since I had done a backup before. It worked ok!
I make backups of my PDA contents everyday to my Memory stick. Sorry to say but I think you should do the same before installing new programs. :)

Yes...i already did a hard reset as well....my data was luckily backed up. I may have actually found a way, but i haven't tested it though:

In trying to get the "Easter Egg" & "Taxi" to appear (see http://www.cliesource.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4830&highlight=taxi ), i discovered that the Right arrow button did the same as a Down button for bringing the silly Taxi on the screen. I wonder if the Left arrow button then would take the place of the Up button in a Warm reset.

If someone tries this & it works, let us know....i'm sick of crashing my new unit!
