Will SkinManager 1.10 work with NX70?

I just got my first pda, sony nx70v, and want to change the background on the graphitti area. I have downloaded a skin, tangerdream2, and skinmanager 1.10. I have installed the skin but nothing changed. Maybe I need a different skin manager for the nx70, if so any suggestions?
