Recently upgraded from DTG v. 5.004 to DTG version 6.004 and found a redraw problem related to the SmartChart component. Any chart I created in a spreadsheet would draw on screen and then dis appear. DataViz recommended that I download version 6.005 which corrected the problem. they said that it had something to do with the Sony API which, of corse, could not be standard like on a Palm unit.

The latest problem is that I cannot open a picture anymore. When I try to open any picture I receive a MemoryMgr.c.,Line:3571, Non-word-aligned Handle error. DataViz had me try out a recently rewritten PicsToGo.prc file which did not correct the problem. On a lark, has anyone had this happen on an NX80?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still cannot open a picture that has been converted by the desktop application or attached to an email in JPEG format. I was able to open pictures just fine in v. 5.004.

I guess I have to wait until Monday to continue working with them to solve this dilemma.

I have a Tungsten C, just got an NX80.
The NX70 and Tungsten C both came bundled with DTG, the T|C had Version 5. I updated to Version 6.005 and have had nothing but problems, constant fatal alerts. The NX80 didn't come with DTG which is fine with me. I purchased Wordsmith, updated to latest version, no problems. (I don't need a spreadsheet program).
With DTG 6.005 I was finding that it loaded very, very slow, and the only way for it to load at a normal speed was when I popped out the SD card. I found this an annoying and ridiculous workaround, so I decided the heck with it! I will put DTG Version 5 back on the T|C and use Wordsmith on my NX80. I have no intention of using DTG even in the earlier version, as my NX80 is the one I take notes with. (what a beautiful screen!)
Anyway-in other words, I have not had success with DTG in the updated version and it has caused me problems as well.

Same thing on my NX80 also.

It looked so promising to. :(

Glad I didn't register this one.
