Theres a NES emulator by www.kalemsoft.com which is supposed to be pretty good. Not sure if thats the type of emulator you're looking for though.

I coughed up and got nesem yesterday night, paper boy is a classic and works great. Kirbys addventures I think it is plays perfectly as well.

I really need a GC10 game pad as well now.....

Its a class program, and considering its still beta, for $19 you get free updates when it goes official realise and i'll bet the price goes up to ;)

Is NesEm Only Nintendo games? I didn't know Kirby came out on the NES.

Why do people say it's still beta? Version 1.2 has been out and that's not beta. Latest version is 1.3beta

palm really isn't the OS for emulators. And yes, there is a Kirby for NES, it's actually one of the better/best games for NES imo. Also Liberty/Phoenix are Gameboy original emulators, heard kalemsoft is making a Sega MasterSystem/Game Gear emulator.

Xcade for old arcade games, and there's a new atari emulator from codejedi too.

Several text-based adventure emulators (codejedi again)

You say 1.2 has been out, latest version is 1.3BETA? You mean just plain 1.3? But A-One unless I'm way wrong Nesem only plays NES games. There is a gameboy emulator as well(by far due for an upgrade which is supposed to be optomized for ARM and run GBA) Liberty from Gambit Studios. There is /are also colem, c64, gamegear and a couple more. Cheers

Aha, Spiral, beat me to the punch. Hey, do you have your PPC already? If so what emus have you found for it already? I know there's a gameboy emulator, what else?

Actually... we already have a sega gamegear emulator, sega just told us to put it off the net a few months ago. It has no sound but it's fullscreen and works awesome. Gizmo will probably improve on the sound bit though. NesEM is one of the best emulators I've seen, full sound and full framerates, I think SNES and Genesis aren't far off. And no doubt, the sega genesis classics for the zodiac are going to be hacked for all palm and sony devices, and probably also be hacked into an emulator. There's also a C64 emulator out (castaway). Expect a ton more emulators in OS6 because of it's full arm enviroment, but except at least a few more for OS5 to come out, because our devices are fully capable of it.

Pdasrock, I wrote about this in another thread, I believe, but if you're interested in PPC emulation, I think your best bet is Morphgear:

Morphgear site (http://www.morphgear.com/)

Boy would I love to have all that functionality on my Clie...

But on a Clie it wouldn't be very fun without a d-pad. You'd only ahve the two buttons if you map other buttons to use up/down/left/right

Sony greed comes through once again: $30 (price varies) gets you a shiny new gamepad for your clie. An example of how pathetic I am: I got one the first chance I had.

You should have ebayed it, you can get the GC10 for $15 or less online.

I'm probably gonna go purchase the NESEm thing today . . . . do you get free updates or the program or do you have to pay a small fee to upgrade?
