I need some suggestions

I am looking for...something like address book but used to keep track on stores/malls.
Is there any third party app. which can do the job? Of course supporting the wide screen could be great~ :)

Smart List is my favorite app for keeping track of just about anything. Completely customizable to suit your needs. You can create your own forms with drop down lists, checkboxes, and much more. Also a good introduction to database use.
It works pretty good with Code Diver. Just a couple of bugs.
