Is it possible to change icons without buying a 3rd party launcher app? I want to keep the Trad. Palm OS look cuz i like it, but I want better icons or custom icons.

AppIcon will do it . . . or you can use RsrcEdit to change the actual program file... you should be able to find both with Google. There are some AppIcon icon sets available here under YiShow stuff (not sure why .. .), and you can 'import' SilverScreen icons to use too (with AppIcon) . . . I'm not sure if there are any hi-res icons available for it or not . . . You might want to try importing the new Megalauncher icons they've made available. Not sure if it's possible, but worth a shot . . .

GOOD LUCK!

I had to pay a few dollars but IconEdit is what I have used for years and it seems to
work on OS5...
I can create new icons, change existing icons, and change the icon name all at once.
You can work on either small or large icons.
Here is where you can find it and give it a test run.
