I have an idea for the TJ35 that should allow me to use my old cradle. I see that I can probably sand or cut out the base the where the butt of the TJ35 would fit in, so I can fit the TJ35 in the my old cradle that I currently use for my T665. Does anyone have any ideas for what I can use to fill in the plastic? I know that I will probably spray paint the whole thing when I am done. I just don't want to use any plastic that might interfere with the electronics. Does anyone have any ideas who has done mod's on their computers, etc.?  :D

Use a modeling plastic or any plastic. Plastic is an insulator, so as long as you are not cutting a wire and putting plastic in between the ends, you are fine. Dremel away to your hearts content on the plastic, just avoid any wires or electronics, and fill it in.
You could even use Bondo if you like. Oh yea, and HAVE FUN!
