I assume that this is a software that comes with the japanese CLIEs... I wonder what it's for?
Is it an offline web browser?
There's also ATOK, and I forget the other ones...

It is primarily an online web browser, but you can use it to cache pages, so it also serves as an ofline browser. I download large chunks of the Economist to read on the subway. I don't know that it comes with a Clie, but an English version is available. I find it the most functional and reliable browser for my NR70 (some swear by Blazer, but I have a lot of trouble with it).

I LOVE xiino on my NR70V. Tried Blazer and EudoraWeb. Xiino was, by far, the best -- best graphics, highest resolution, no problems at all. The problem is that I'm about to upgrade to an NX70V and Xiino doesn't work for it. So sad. Will have to find another browser. Folks have been saying that Netfront is great. I'll try that.

NetFront works, so they say, if you set the cache to zero and disable half it's features. My brother and I long ago deleted it.
If you decide to move to the NX, get PowerRun v1.2 so you can move the 2mb app to the memory stick. PowerRun is the only thing that will run it from the memory stick. BTW, it takes having 6mb free just to install it to RAM.
We were plagued with page too large errors, terribly slow, having to scroll all over the place and waiting for redraws, and so forth. Then again you may like it, not trying to sound like a wise guy. I use PocketLink2 now which is HiRes+. Blazer works nicely, but not HiRes+. The WebProV works too and is just HiRes(320x320) only. It's the same browser that's used on the Tungsten.
Hope this helps some:)!

This seems to be a nifty app. HRfontMapper flawlessly makes it HR+ (so far)
