How can I get my NX70 back to the 'out of box' state? I can do a hard reset and still end up with apps reinstalled I want to remove. I have JackFlash and know I need to move all apps back to RAM... but I can't seem to get back to "day 1" out of the box... suggestions....

1. Make sure you're really doing a hard resetPerforming a Hard Reset
With a hard reset, all records and entries stored in your handheld are erased. Formats Preferences and other settings are restored to their factory default settings. You can restore any data previously synchronized with your computer during the next HotSync operation. You will need to re-install your 3rd party applications unless you are using Palm OS™ 3.3 or a third party backup solution that automatically backs up and restores installed applications.
Never perform a hard reset unless a soft or warm reset does not solve your problem.
To perform a hard reset:
Hold down the power button on the front panel of the handheld.
While holding down the power button, use the reset tip tool (or similar object without a sharp tip), to gently press the reset button inside the hole on the back panel of your handheld.
Release the reset button.
When the logo screen appears on the screen, release the green power button.
When the message appears on the handheld screen warning that you are about to erase all the data stored on your handheld, do one of the following:
Press the upper half of the scroll button on the front panel of the handheld to complete the hard reset and display the Digitizer screen.
Pressing any other button will perform a soft reset.
2. Create a new, empty Backup folder before you Hotsync again or else it'll just add all of your apps back to the PDA. Rename the old one (e.g., Backup102203) just in case you need it later.

I'm not sure since I don't use flash, but I thought I read that a hard rest won't remove jackflash. Maybe what a hard reset does is remove everything in ram and just leave the rom intact, factory settings. And since jackflash resides in the rom, it won't be removed.
