Okay, I did a stupid thing with my new TJ-25...I installed the old os4 bluetooth drivers in the hopes that I could get my Sony Bluetooth memory stick to work. It didn't. Then I found some os5 drivers on the web, only to discover they weren't for my particular model after I'd installed them. They don't work either.

Now I have a bunch of useless bluetooth files on my Clie, and I can't get them to delete. I've even tried using FileZ, to no avail. I don't know if they won't delete because they are in use or what. Tried unlocking them, changing their ext (a hint I saw else where), anyone got any other ideas ??

Hard Reset will hopefully clear up the problem. Make sure you delete any files in your backup folder you do not want relaoded into the handheld when you do a recovery hotsynch.

Or rename them and change the creator type (to 'XXXX') using a utility such as FileZ; then after a soft reset you might be able to just delete them.

Oh my thankyou! This worked, I really didn't want to try the other method, I haven't had good luck with recovering backups in the past. heh
