Anybody anxious yet?

I'm much more relaxed about this model than I was about the NX. Probably cuz I can play with the NX ; whereas, before I had the lowly Palm M100. The NX was a huge step!!!
I still want it, probably gonna buy it, probably gonna give it a coupla weeks before I bite the bullet. See what the early adopters thoughts are!!!
We'll see.....

Not anxious yet. I might buy it for the 2mp camera; I find it useful with the PDA, but the camera in NX is fine at the moment. Besides I can always lug around my 5mp camera even though the lugging is the tedious part. I think I'll wait a while to see if Sony comes up with anything else, and how they address the CF slot limitation. It's stupid to have a CF slot that won't take CF card, admit it Sony! :)

Bit anxious here - as usual. When I buy something large ticket - electronics or anything else, I usually do tons of homework before I plop down my credit card.

Will I go absolutely anywhere to have it "first"? No, but I will do alot of legwork if it means saving a few bucks.

Oh yes, can't wait! The Japanese version has been delayed from Feb 8 to Feb 15. Really interested to read end-users' comments on this high-end PDA.

Its really pissing me off. I feel like I've been waiting forever bc I allready sold me nx 3 weeks ago and I've been clieless all this time. Thats probably whats hurting the most.

I could care less for now, it would not serve any useful purpose for me over my NX. I want my next Clie smaller, lighter, and more powerfull:)!

I had place an "early bird" order to local Sony and the NZ will be deliver to my home on the 19th. Sony will provide us 16mb MS and screen protector free of charge (Cheapo...what can I do with 16mb ??!!!) Can't wait my hand to get on it.

To sindu, where is your home? Country and state? I can't read Japanese but I guess from the sony.co.jp/clie website that the early bird of NX in Japan may have better complimentary accessories / lucky draw.

Hi Sindu, I'm also writing from Singapore. In fact I've been viewing this forum since the day NZ90 was being featured in the local ST newspaper, I think last week. To be frank, I've never used a Plam OS b4 as I'm still currently sticking to my iPaq 3660 since it first launched some 2 years back.

I was quite keen to get the NZ90, especially the 2MP digicam and the BT capability (me too, has a T68i mobile). well, I'm not the adventurous type, I still adopt the 'seeing is believing' mindset. I'll wait till it arrives and make a trip to Funan/SL and play with it first.

I really hope to see more 'real life' reviews by users like yourself, Ark, Miji, Little6 etc. Meanwhile, count down to your NZ90 ...

NZ90 is selling at S$1399 (incl. tax) here which compute to US$796. In addition, SONY chip in a 16mb MS and screen protector though not very impressive, but better than nothing really.

Anyway, I saw one of the website mentioning that US, Jap, Aus and Singapore will be the first few countries to launch the NZ90, and follow by some Europe countries.

NZ would arrive in Singapore on the 16th and local Sony will launch it on the 20th. You would probably get to "play" with it perhaps either on 20th or 21st. I heard Hong Kong would also have it on the 20th as well...eitherway, there will always be "imported" version available in Hong Kong once the product hit the store in Japan.

Marudine, Dumped you Ipaq and join us the kittens. I have been using the very first PDA with HP 100LX (not counting other ealier electronic PIM), 200 LX, and then Palm Pilot. I went thorugh all the Palm upgrade and now a Clie user. I never look back....have very chance of playing PPC for a few weeks and give it away. 99% of our peer in the workplace use Palm base PDA and throw their Ipaq.
