"Cannot convert video file"

Hey all;

I am trying to use the IC 1.1 along with the new "Hans" tool to adjust the settings manually.
Unless I go to the default settings and choose the lowest quality, I get the error in the subject.

Suggestions?

i dont know IC 1.1 , but what are you trying to convert? from and to?
have you tried DVDx, i use this to convert DVD's to mpeg's then use image converter to convert into the native clie format..
