I just went and bought Jackflash. I had downloaded the 3.01 lite version and while it took more room than it generated it was a fair proof of concept.
So when I sent them money they sent me the old version which does not work on the NX60. I would like to note they don't tell you which version is coming. So I went back to the website and tried to get the 3.0 beta. No luck, sent email no response. They were quick to take my money for an outdated/useless product even though they are shilling with V3 as the freebee
OS 5 has been out for months so it's not like they should be surprised that someone is ordering who has it.
Should I work with them or just write it off and return the product and complain to Visa?
Regards,
Jim

How long did you wait after going to the website? After I did the beta request, it only took an hour, but I have heard that sometimes it can take a bit longer. I would wait a day or two, and if you still don't recieve any word back from Brayder, I would send them another e-mail.
They are usually a very good company to work with.

I agree with cbulock. I just purchases JackFlash this weekend for my NX80V. Because I am an avid ClieSource reader, I knew that that OS5 version was still in beta, but was available thru the site, so I went ahead and bought what was offered, knowing that it is not OS5 compatible.
Then, after some searching, I found the upgrade request page on their site and had the OS5 version in <24 hrs. Remember, this was over the weekend. At about the same time, I ordered a version of ZLauncher (known for their phenomenal C/S), and I received my activation code from ZZTechs at about the same time I received my upgrade from Brayder.
I expected some delay, but was quite satisfied with the speed each of these developers met my requests.
Hang in there.... if the upgrade link does not appear in your mailbox within 24hrs, send another request.
Believe me, it is agreat product and you will find it is well worth the time and money!
Don't know the time frame here as it is not stated, but 1-2 days is pretty standard.

I ordered the 2.6 version from PalmGear. The email from PalmGear arrived at 9:53am. I requested the upgrade to 3.0x via their website. I suggest you wait at least an hour before making that request. The email from Brayder with the link for 3.0x arrived at 10:40am. I downloaded it and made a request for an activation code. The activation code arrived at 11:14am.
I would say that the response time is quite reasonable.

For some twisted reason I could never (automatically or through the web) get my code (or whatever it was I needed) from Brayder. I e-mailed them and they sent me what I needed. They were unfailingly polite and prompt. Maybe whatever went wrong with me is happening to you, too. They're an excellent company. I'm sure they'll try to take good care of you.

Hi,
When I bought JackFlash I also got the non usable one for the T415. After writing them they told me to go to another site for the upgrade. BTW, I've found JackFlash to be great with my NX-80. I presently have 14 megs. free in RAM and I still have about 7 Megs. left in Flash
I hope this helps

I failed to mention that I installed it without incident on my NX73. You DO need to delete JackFlashLight even though the README says you don't.
It found 15 whopping MB of flash memory which greatly has freed up my RAM. I now can remove those large apps from the MS and put them in flash leaving the MS for books, pics, and MP3s.
Great program. Highly recommended. If Sony were smart, they would license it and bundle it!

Ditto. Took less than an hour from order to installation of beta and liberation of 4MB on my NX70V. Excellent service.

I bought Jack Flash and downloaded the out of date version, requested an update, got the email and downloaded the update. Then downloaded the update, requested an activation code and received it.
All this within 30 minutes!
However, tales of 30 meg memory on a NX70 are a bit mis leading!
I've managed to free up 1.6 m/bytes of ram with 1116k of rom still left!
I make that some 16 megs of total RAM/ROM in my machine?
Still, I've got 'Flash Enable' on my memory card so in theory I can free up more RAM by deleting Jack Flash.

But tales of 16 megs on an NX73/80 are true!
