That's way too much for a PDA. You're asking so much out of it that it's going to be the size of a laptop. And the battery is going to be a carry-on bag for trips. Take the simple, most important things and add a few entertainment specs. Take out some of the things that would be better off seperate, like the camera. They come cheaper seperate anyways, and have better quality. They drain battery and take up space. Take away the keyboard because that only takes up space. Bluetooth isn't necessary for me but if it comes in a small package then I'll accept it. I like everything else on the list and I still believe they could do everything minus the uneeded keybaord and camera in a body the same size as a T665. That's my dream machine. lol I think they could build one right now with current technology only a bit bigger then a T665. Make is OS upgradeable and you know how many people would buy it?!!

I agree with the last poster except I want a radio too. Also, either 2 MS slots, or MS and SD (unlikely since Sony wants to push MS). Also, the MS slots have to be able to read old and new MS. I think we could see this within 6 months in a T665 body.

This what I want and actually think can be released this year (maybe not by Sony):

32MB RAM
Integrate Bluetooth
Enhanced IrDa
200Mhz ARM CPU
SD Slot
320x480 Screen (Virtual Graffiti)
No Camera
No Keyboard
Normal Graffiti, not Graffiti 2!!!

hacthesac10:

To which I quote myself:

"Not necessarily all in the same device."

Well I don't want 2 devices...lol. You get my point though? If I'm going to have one, its going to have the best stuff and most necessary.

-dual MS slots (assuming some MS accessories come...)
-MS pro support
-integrated WiFi
-integrated wireless service like the blackberry (I just don't know what it's called)
-.2 MP camera
-voice recorder
-320x480 16bit screen
-MP3 capability
-virtual graffiti area
-flashable ROM
-32-64MB internal memory
-about the size of a SJ or T-Series. It could even be big long like the T and thick like the SJ. I don't care...

Let's be nice.  They have had quality issues though.  I emailed Palm and they admitted to me a list of problems with them.

lol, I'd still by a Tungsten for the 5-way pad if I had to replace my T665 for some reason. That's what I really want on a handheld.

The 5 way navigational pad? You can actually operate the Tungsten one handedly with it. But I think they should have put the pad on the side for easier usage(like the jog dial) but then, its gonna increase the thickness.

yeah, but it is better then the jog dial since you can use it for games and scrolling different ways

My neighbour who has one tole me after using it one handedly for quite some time , his thumb actually got numb because of the position of the pad.

Even with the slider closed. You just press the 5way button for two seconds and it goes back to the launcher.

Thanks for the imput guys (and girls, if any, I don't check profiles), I knew there'd be a few features that I missed.
