MS or Magic Gate?

I went to the shop and was going to buy the standard blue MS for my NX70 but the label said "not compatible with Magic Gate". Just want to ask if you guys have had any success with MS. Or should I buy Magic Gate? :confused:

only buy magicgate if you want to use atrac3 audio format...but for 2x the price and the hassle of sony's copyright protection, who on eartch would want to do that? =P

Regular MS work just fine for MP3 playback...search the forums for more answers on how to transfer MP3's from your computer to your MS...there are a few methods, but most use MSImport.

Most places i have been only sell magicgate, i bought a 64 meg magicgate ms for i think 50$ but how much do the normal MemorySticks cost?

If you look on the web, you should be able to get a 128MB MS for that price. With rebates you could probably find it as low as $30-35 for 128MB. Do a search here as there are some other threads that have links to the best deals.
