Power Problems

My NX 80 Will not turn on. So I Put it in the cradle and it turns on like I had just done a reset. But then it turns back off and the power light is flashing.......I have no clue what the problem is. Has anyone dealt with this?

check the obvious, hold button?
Maybe your battery needs to be replaced?

Well I called Sony Customer service. After we went through all the obvious soulutions (which I had already done) they told me that I would have to send it in for service. I have only had it for three months so it is still under warranty. Does anyone have an idea how long my wait will be. All my work contacts are in this device.

I'd expect a couple of weeks (2-3)... :-(

If you need your contacts before you get it back, you can always use palm desktop (you will only have it at home, so it is somewhat limited, unless you have a laptop).
