I can't get Simply Install/ Pinstall to work with my SJ30. Hotsync etc works normally but when I hit the Hotsync button nothing happens. According to the Simply Install website, Sony may be using a USB->Serial type of driver and hence I may need to enter a COM number. However, I have been unable to find any info on this and trying all the COM numbers didn't work either. Can anyone help?
BTW, when I cancel the above Hotsync process on the Clie side, this somehow triggers the Simply Install program on the PC side.
