Netfront and hotspot problem

Hi!

Has anyone faced the same issues?

basics: NZ + WL100 + Netfront 3.0 v.1.1.3.5 (de)

what works:
-connecting to any FREE hotspot available
-starting Netfront surfing to almost any site
-checking email (iambicMail)

what does not work:
using a hotspot which needs to be paid for and therefore needs a login
-connectiong works
-starting Netfront shows either a blank page or if the starting page (portal)
shows I cannot tap the links to the service I would like to use and pay for.
Netfront comes up with an error code, saying cannot open a new window!

Could this be that the hotspot router does not support PalmOS browsers?
Because when I surf with an open and free hotspot (no authentification needed) I can tap any link with no issues...

I use pay-to-use hotspots where in wellington with my NX70 just fine... It does it via a webpage like yours.

Take a look at:
http://www.cafenet.co.nz to see how we do it and compare with your provider, if it's the same approach, one of you might have a broken config.
