Problem: I can't get the HotSync menu to show up when I click (right-click or left-click) on the icon in the system tray. I can't even bring it up when I use the HotSync menu from Palm Desktop. Help, please!
Background: I just bought a T665. I previously had a N610. I have BackupBuddy installed. I followed the directions of removing Palm Desktop before installing the one from the CD. I wish the manual told me what version the cd desktop was b/c I apparently had the latest version already installed. Anyway, when I did the first hotsync, my BackupBuddy kicked in...but I get a fatal error probably due to incompatabilities with some of my apps on the n610. I need to disable BackupBuddy on my Hotsync, but I can't get to it b/c I can't access the HotSync menu. Any ideas????
