I have the UX 50 and have been trying to download aeroplayer (trial). Each site that I am directed to download it from (handango and palm gear) after I save the zip file...unzip it...I can see the prc file however when I double click it to open palm desktop install in preparation for the hot sync I get a message saying "the file does not exist" although I see the file in the folder. Any suggestions. Let me know if I am not clear about my problem.

Hover the mouse over the PRC file and make sure that there is actually the correct size to it (compare it to the page that you downloaded it from).
Sometimes the files are corrupt.
How did you make out with your recorded sermon? Did you ever resolve the problem?
I know that with my NX70V, the quality if the voice is very good. I just need a way to edit out the background noise and then it would be usable for professional usage.

Try to copy the prc file on the root of your hardrive and try again...

I think you are lust looking at the contents of the zip file, and not extracting the file(s) themselves. Make sure you extract the files to a disc location that you remember, and then double click the extracted prc file to add it to the hotsync install manager.
Prior to extracting the files within a zip file, you are just looking at the contents in Winzip or Windows Explorer.

I have had this problem if I had the file nested in too many folders. When I moved the file up one level, it installed fine.

I had this problem once and I found this workaround (same thing as Quantumduck, but root is more simple to explain ;) ).
I guess there is a length of path problem or whatever
