Does anyone have a suggestion to free up a locked T615C?
It is on, at a address page, with the back-light on and it will not respond to any of the buttons. I haven't dropped it or damaged it so I can't figure out why it is doing this. I don't want to pull the battery for fear of losing my recent data stored inside.
Any help would be great.
Thanks

Did you try a soft re-set? Is the auto off working, if so does the unit still stays in the frozen state after turning on.

The auto off is not working. The power button and all the other buttons have no effect.
What is a soft reset? Is it the small hole reset button on the back?

Yes. Just unscrew the top of the stylus and poke the small end in the reset hole in the back. That should fix things. Occasionally, there will be strange things like this happen to your Clie. The first thing to try is always a soft reset.

Thanks.
It worked perfectly. Never had to do that before and didn't know if it would erase anything but it didn't.
Have a great day and thanks for the help.
