help can't get pelica's audio player to work!!!

i don't what i'm doing wrong i folowed all the directions, but audio player sound like it's gargled, it can see both the ms and cf, the ms plays fine but audio player seems to be playing like it was being fastforwarded. please help me i don't want to go back to eruware
