Fatal Exception

Everytime i try to install some software on my SJ33, if the file is significant size, there is basically a 95% chance I'll get a fatal exception message.

I was wondering if anyone knew what might be causing this.

Is it the same software you are repeatedly trying to install or ANY software?

I have sometimes had problems with just one particular software program. In those cases I either live without it, or look for a similar product by another company.

If it is ANY software install that gives you problems you might have a currently installed software that is causing all the trouble. I've run into that problem too. Think back to when the problems started and try to figure out which one might be causing the problem, then take it off.

My experience suggests that it is a software conflict.

Do you think it could be the connection to my computer?

I don't know if it would be your computer. Have you ever been able to sync it? If so, it doesn't seem that it would be your computer.

You also might want to go thru the questions I asked before.

Are you trying to load those items directly to a memory stick. I found that doesn't work to well on my SJ30, so I load them to RAM and then move them over after they are loaded.
