Hi,
The day before all the threads got erased I had bookmarked a thread (hoping to read it the next day!!!) on how to fix the wobbly hinges problem with the NR70V. Basically, a detailed instruction on how to get rid of the wobbly hinges problem that hits the NR70V after about six months from purchase.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about? If yes, can you explain to me these intructions.
Any helkp would be very much appreciated.
Thanks a lot.

I just did this a week ago, and it worked just fine.
-------From memory (?)--------
Remove the seven (7) screws holding the back cover in place.
Lift the cover off.
Towards the top, in the hinge area, will be a couple more screws, partially covered by some 'flap'. Check these for tightness. I found one, just slightly loose. Tightened it up carefully, and the hinge is now secure again.
Just be very carefull with the screws. Think they need to go back in the same locations, and they are terribly easy to drop and lose!
I set up a low profile pan to catch them if I dropped them, and had to do so three times. Would have been lost if they hit the carpet. (a low profile browny pan works best, with 1/2 inch or less lip around the edge.
Good luck, it really isn't all that difficult to do.

My hinge is very loos on the right side, the side opposide of the "Capture" button. From all my readings it seems like the left side can be tightened by that one screw, but the right side, am I out of luck? There is so much wobble on the right side it is driving me crazy.
when I switch from clamshell to tablet, I can't even close the clie tightly, I need to put extra pressure on the left side hinge to hear a "snap" into place before it closes completely. Gosh driving me nuts.
i really wish I could tighten the right side hindge.
