Help! Color Screen Has Gone Black

Help! I was just about to charge my SJ33 when I noticed that the screen was black! No color! Even when I tap the brightness/ darkness button, nothing. I don't know what to do, it's brand-new. The color was showing up just mere hours ago.

I don't have an SJ33, but isn't there a switch to turn the screen off when playing MP3's? If so, maybe you inadvertently turned the screen off?

Yes, check your HOLD button.

I checked the hold button and nothing, still black.

i fixed it by resetting my handheld. thanks for the advice though.
