1.i too have problems with my battery. what is the resolution? new battery, if so, what brand, lithum or nicad? 2. what is the purpose of an audio adapter? 3. so i can save on the battery, how do i shut the flash off? 4. it is necessary to have extra cradles, battery chargers, and audio adapters. 5. what is the purpose of the image and sounder converter software? 6. what is the purpose of the flash card program ? and lastly 7. when youre using the wireless web features do you have to pay extra for internet service.
i desperately need help! just what to enjoy my palm. don't know where to get the answers to all these questions. i ll tell any answers i can get. thank you again!!!!!!!!!! j

-> "Problems" with the battery? The most common problem is that the original battery drains quickly, especially when using the camera. Download the camera update from the official sony site. Also, yes, a spare battery wouldn't hurt. And it would have to be a similar litium battery, as others won't work with the NZ.

In the camera app, below the viewfinder screen there is a little round button with a thunderbolt-arrow in it. Use it to turn the flash off.

Not necessary, but it can make your life more convenient. I have an extra cable, power supply, and spare battery for when I travel.

To convert images & sounds, of course. Into the standards which the Clie will understand. It will even put then in the appropriate MS folders if MSImport is on.

Huh? The Flash player plays Macromedia Flash content, when the content is on the MS.

Depends on your provider. Some providers charge for it, others don't.
