Zlauncher installation

I have tried to contact customers service at zlauncher and researche old threads at this site, but I am still unable to install the program.
Has anyone had similar problems? I need help.

What's the problem exactly?

At minimum, install ZLauncher.prc and one theme appropriate for the handheld you are using (read the Reas1st.htm file to identify the correct theme). Without a theme, ZL will not run.
