Differece between NX70V and NR70V

Hi,
can anybody explain shortly wwhat is the deff vetween the 2 devices: the NV50 has OS4 (NX:OS5)m almost the same features but is comparativly more expensive.
Can anybody explain?

NX 200mhz vs NR 66mhz

Camera resolution
NX 300,000 vs NR 100,000

Compact flash
NX wifi use and memory use(with patches) vs NR not applicable

OS
NX OS5 vs NR OS4(pretty much obsolete)

Also in NX70 with some drivers from SONY you can use the Memory Stick Pro (with capacities up to 1 gb)
