Can't find direct link to Hans' Converter Program (PLEASE HELP)

Excuse my stupidity but I seem to have only downloaded the calculator part or the program. I cannot see any place to open or input a file to convert.

Does anyone have a link that goes to Hans' CONVERTER program?

Incidently, I hate those "DOS looking" windows because it looks like gibberish and you never know which link you actually WANT to download.

The thread says there is a new conversion tool to replace the old one. Where is that?

It isn't a replacement, it simply allows greater control of the conversion process by allowing you to adjust the settings. Just a tool to use with Image Converter.

I don't know what you are talking about, but my version of the Image Converter only lets me check high, standard, or low quality for video. Everything else is GRAYED OUT!

you use Han's converter first to adjust your settings, but that is not the actual applicaton to use when you convert your videos. It only changes the settings of ImageConverter for you, but you will not see it inside ImageConverter.

After you've used Han's converter, & applied the settings, it will also change the way ImageConverter behaves later.

Then when you convert your movies with ImageConverter, those movies generated already has the settings you've made with Han's tool.

So, are you saying that the two apps talk to each other?
In other words that they know what each other are doing? If I change the settings to what I want and then open the Image Converter program and Add a file then convert and send it to the Memory Stick, the computer will switch automatically to the new settings?

How do they interface?

I think you've already got your solution right? I've read this other thread you've also posted regarding to Han's Convertor Tool, it changes the setting of ImageConverter in registry & that's how they interact with one another. :D
