Hotsync crash on first attempt

Does someone know why my Clié SJ-30 always crash on the first attempt to Hotsync? A fatal error occurs then, after I reset it, It finaly hotsync. I already used DBscan and it found no problem. What do I need to do?

You better try to disable any hack you just installed or any new conduit on your palm desktop. Good luck!

when I had the fatal error problem it was because of the usb diver i was using.. Because I updated the clie software to the new palm Desktop 4.1
