Never heard of one myself. Frankly, I'm a bit skeptical, since if there was one, it would be ALL over the place by now.

PS - My skepticism aside, has anyone heard of something along these lines?

Yes, there is one, but only for the Palm Tungsten C (because of Sony's proprietary API there is no version for the Clie).

and dont i wish there was one...
with luck someone will manage to hack the wl100 drivers and get us a sniffer, as waiting for sony seems pointless
(posted on an nx80, using wl100 while sitting in union sq park, nyc)

I've received information from Sony's engineers that state the there is no way that a sniffer can be written for the WL100 or WL110 unless someone writes their own WiFi card drivers. The drivers (and perhaps even the hardware) do not support what is necessary to do this.

If you're interested in more information, check out the Clie Developer's Forum (http://www.cliedeveloper.com/ClieDev/Forum).

It's not the hardware, at least it's not the wl100 as I can run sniffer programs on my pocketpc using the wl100.
