In the past two days, my nx70v has hard reset twice. Each time I was typing into a docs2go word document, using the kb100 keyboard. After restoring the document from a backup, I copied the text into a new document. I then restored all the drivers and went back to work in the document. I did this to rule out the possibility that the original document was corrupted. Today, when I added more text into the document the Nx70V froze. So I had to do a soft-reset, which turned out to be a hard-reset. Fortunately, I was expecting this and have all my data backed up.
The question I have is: is there a limit on how larger a word2go document can be? The one that keeps resetting the clie is 70K in size. It contains about 6 months worth of daily writings. I question the size of the document because after restoring it, I can enter data only up to a certain point before it crashes again.
The other possibility is that the kb100 is causing the hard reset, but I do not believe this is the case as I can use the keyboard fine with memopad, and indeed any other word2go document.
If the problem is a limit on word2go documents, then its not a problem as I can simply divide the text into multiple files. I'm wondering, though, as to whether or not these unexpected hard resets are indicative of something else. Has anyone experienced a similar situation and have any advice? Thanks in advance,
