Billing & Patient Tracker

Can anyone give me advice on a great patient tracking program and billing program. I was thinking about Patient Keeper enterprise, but we only have 3 physicians in our group.

I am a Trauma/General Surgeon and Surgical Intensivist and will be working with a small group (3).

I designed a data collection app in Pendragon Forms with DX and CPT preloaded in a pick list. It helps to know MS Access to write the output... The cool thing is that we can hotsync the current list for handoffs. We run a hospitalist group with 7 docs.

HanDbase is very helpful in this area, too. Easy to design and use, and cross platform compatible.
