Word Processor & Diagram sketching ability

Does anyone know of a software program where I could type with my stowaway keyboard, and when I need to, have the ability to sketch in a diagram in the middle of the document every so often (I take notes in a lecture, and often have to draw simple diagrams)


any ideas?
