DivX output settings advice

Making very good progress on achieving "movies-to-go". I got DivX to encode the "Whole" movie (go figure <g>), and it luckily divided the output across two files, because 1 file took up my whole 512 ms. No surprise, as I chose the highest quality. The video/audio got out of sync, however, but there's a video/audio sync option, so I'll try that next time. HOWEVER, does anyone know what the output settings are to get the highest quality onto a 512 ms? What to set the following?:
- Resolution
- Zoom
- Resize
etc.
