Interesting. Right now they only have Atari ROMs but it is a step in the right direction. How long until we can buy NES, SCUMMVM, or GB Roms legally to play on our Clie's? I like the idea and $2-$6 doesn't seem to be such a bad price.

I'm afraid that it isn't legal too.
Could you imagine that this company purchased ALL licences for selling original games?
Or maybe they are paying some cash to developers of each game?
It might be "legal" as juristical trick however.. or just simple "get-all-cash-until-we-closed".

And good question.. are they dumped all roms by themselves? :)
