Sorry but I am new here. I want to play Full screen video in my UX-50 and don't know how. I have the ability to convert any source to 480x320 but want to know if there is a program which can rotate Kinoma Player to Landscape mode or if there is another Player out there I can use. I have a NX80 and enjoy 480X320 in Landscape by rotating the video using Kinoma Producer 90 degrees during the conversion process.
Am I missing something? Or is the UX-50 to new to play captured video in full 480X320. I can of course play Kinoma Player in 320X240 but no bigger and Kinoma responded to my e-mail by saying the UX-50 is too new to know if they will be compatible with it.....though it works fine with the 320X240 limitation. I have had no success with viewing anything in Clie Viewer or Movie Player except with that captured using the video camera built into the UX-50. I thanks you all for this great forum.

Use Image converter to do a video file playable by Video Player.

Actually, the UX doesn't have a rotate featur built in -- it plays everything in landscape mode. You actually don't need to rotate the video before you process it in Image Converter.

I know the UX-50 only displays in Landscape mode but when I use Kinoma Player it only displays in 320X240. If I rotate it during the conversion mode on the NX-80 it rotates the video to full screen where as on the UX-50 it gets rotated to up and down and is never full screen. I assume that that is because the UX-50 will only recognise in Kinoma in 320X240.
I have tried using the Clie Converter that came installed on my Sony Desktop but wasn't able to get it to play in Movie Player.
Can you give me a hint as to what I am doing wrong? Or at least tell me if it is possible to view any video at Full screen on the unit.
Thanks.

I guess kinoma didn't released yet a new version supporting UX...
