Everytime I try to transfer music from my comp. to my handheld something goes wrong! The mp3 files are on my memory stick media (i have a 128m one) but my SJ33 refuses to recognize the files and complete the transfers. Also, my computer tells me that the memory stick driver has failed to install even though it seems to be present when i check my files. Any advice!? I have no clue where to start.
Tell me exactly what you did.

I hooked up my handheld via USB to my comp. I insert the memory stick into my handheld. I open up Music Match, go to copy, and then send to portable. I click the Autoplayer icon, then I click transfer through the options menu. It starts to transfer all the files (the little music notes start moving back and forth), but then it never finishes and I always have to exit and then it will say No Music Tracks, despite them clearly being on the memory stick. Is that detailed enough?

Just drag all the music files you want to the \Palm\Programs\MSAudio\ folder on the "Removable disk drive" which shows up soon after you plug it in and start up MSImport.
I would recommend reinstalling MSExport(MS-SCSI driver), and formatting your memory stick from your Clié after backing up of course... then use the method I mentioned.

I'm not totally sure how to format my memory stick. How do I do that?

either use 'Card Info' (built in) and it's one of the first menu options,
or use 'McFile' and it's under the Tools menu
and of course, if you need to, save anything you want to ... first.
