Is there a way to set the UX to automatically switch networks if one isnt aviable... example when Im at home and work I got t1 access and I use wifi in those areas. and on the road I got bluetooth. Is there a way to make UX jump to wireless land at home and and if theres no wireless lan then switch to bluetooth?
Have anyone found a way to switch between the two...

There is a scan feature that forces the UX to scan down a list on known networks. It may take a bit longer to connect but it works well. I use mine in 3 different offices with no problem.

Prefs > Network >Wireless LAN > Details

This works well for switching between WiFi networks....I believe that the original poster wanted to find a way to automatically go from WiFi to Bluetooth networking and back.
Actually, I'd like that as well.
